How do I join the Club44 Loyalty Rewards Program?

Click the red “CLUB44” icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, click “sign up”, then enter your information in the sign up form, and you’ll be automatically enrolled in the program.

Who is eligible for Club44?

Anyone of any age is eligible to join CLUB44. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

Are points transferable between Club44 accounts?

No, you cannot transfer points between accounts, but it may be possible to merge two accounts by contacting us at rewards@44tools.com. Whether or not accounts can be merged is determined on a case by case basis.

Earning Points

Earning points has never been easier. There are 8 different ways you can earn points:

1. Earn points for every dollar you spend based on the rewards level tier you’re in.
   Insider = 1 point per dollar spent
   VIP = 3 points per dollar spent
   Elite = 5 points per dollar spent
   Points also round up at 50 cents. i.e. If you spend $47.63 you will earn 48 points for the insider tier.
2. Earn 200 bonus points on your birthday
3. Follow us on Instagram – earn 100 points (1 time limit)
4. Write a Review of 44Tools.com – earn 200 points (1 time limit)
5. Follow us on Facebook – earn 100 points (1 time limit)
6. Share one of our Facebook posts – earn 200 points (1x per month limit)
7. Leave a product review on our website – earn 50 points
8. Refer a friend – earn 500 points

The different ways to earn points and the number of points applied to each item is subject to change at any time.

Is there a limit on how many rewards points I can earn?

No! The more you shop, leave product reviews, engage on social media, and refer friends, the more rewards points you’ll receive. Some ways to earn points do have a limit though. For example, you can only earn points for liking 44Tools on Facebook one time.

What are the different levels of the program and what do they mean?

There are 3 different levels of the program. You move up the levels based on how many points you earn per rolling 365 days. The three levels are:

1. Insider (0 – 1,499 points) – earn 1pt per dollar spent
2. VIP (1,500 – 4,999 points) – earn 3pts per dollar spent
3. Elite (5,000+ points) – earn 5pts per dollar spent

As your status increases through the levels, you unlock different perks and benefits. See the chart on the Club44 webpage for more details. If you cash in your points for a reward, your tier status will not decrease. Status is based on points earned, not points redeemed.

When will my earned rewards point be reflected in my account?

In most cases, points will appear instantly, but if 24 business hours have past and you feel there is a discrepancy with your points on your account please contact us at rewards@44tools.com.

What if I already have a 44Tools account? Can I get points for orders I've made in the past?

The loyalty program launched January 15^th, 2019 so any purchases made prior to that date will not be applicable.

Can I earn points from products I purchased from a third-party seller?

We genuinely appreciate your business! Unfortunately, we can only offer rewards points for purchases made directly from the 44Tools.com website.

I just placed an order and I forgot to log in - can I still get points for the purchase?

In most cases, yes. We understand that everyone makes mistakes sometimes. Simply e-mail us at rewards@44tools.com with your name and order number and let us know that you forgot to log in. We will be happy to look into it and apply the points to your account if we can. However, points can only be 100% guaranteed to be applied to your account by logging in prior to placing your order. When visited 44Tools.com, we strongly encourage you to log in before you start shopping.

I know someone who would love 44Tools - how do I refer them and earn referral bonus points?

First, you’ll need to share your personalized referral link with your friends who haven’t registered with us yet. You can find your unique by clicking on the Club44 pop-up launcher. After you share the URL with your friend, they will click on the URL to create their account and redeem their 10% off their first purchase reward. After they complete their first purchase you will earn 500 bonus points! They must use your unique link AND the unique 10% off coupon code in order for you to receive the 500 bonus referral points. There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer!

I am a distributor. Do I earn points for my orders too?

We sincerely appreciate our fellow distributors and that’s why we offer wholesale discounts to them! Because our distributors have access to some amazing prices through our Preferred Customer Program, they are unable to participate in our rewards program. Redeeming Points

How do I redeem my rewards points?

You must have a minimum of 100 points to redeem any points. You can also only redeem one reward per order. Follow these steps to redeem your rewards:

1. Sign in
2. Click the Club44 icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
3. Click "All Rewards"
4. Click "Redeem" on the reward you would like to redeem
5. Copy the unique coupon code for that redeemed reward
6. Paste or enter that code in the promo code box upon checkout

How can I see my rewards point balance?

When you log into your account, you can click on the Club44 icon and your point balance will be shown at the top of the pop-up launcher.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire 365 days after they are earned. This is based on a rolling calendar year per each set of points earned.

I just made a purchase and forgot to use my redeemed rewards code. Can you apply that for me?

We are so sorry! Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply the rewards points coupon code to your transaction. Please feel free to keep your custom redemption code though, as it can be used on your next purchase.

Can I use my redeemed rewards and another discount code together on one order?

Our system limits us to only one discount code per order. Please choose which code you would like to use on your order. We suggest using the code that gives you the best discount.
