Product Description

The Blue Max Squeegee Blade is a popular choice for maximum water removal from your automotive or flat glass installations. This blade is now also available in a cropped version (B3701C). Blue Max 93 durometers (5" X 2" with beveled leading edge). We recommend using this with the Fusion handle A1400F5.

Made in the USA

Please note this is a made in the USA product. Bluemax emphasizes that between batches, and even in the same batch that the blue dye process can vary greatly. Dye is also not UV stable and can become lighter in direct sunlight. Color may vary from deep blue to vibrant blue. NOTE ALSO that on blades with bevel or cropped cut. These blades are dye cut on a machine and part of that machine process locks the blade into a channel. Depending on a number of circumstances the machine process will leave an imprint on the side surfaces only. All cut edges will be smooth. Note that the machine squeezes the blades through and depending on heat and other variables after the process is completed you may see a deep cross hatched impression, a very faint one or none at all. This is all NORMAL and will not affect durometer or performance.

5" X 2" BLUE MAX (BEVELED BLADE) for VInyl Application on Window Glass

Posted by Unknown on 22nd Dec 2016

I purchased 5" X 2" BLUE MAX (BEVELED BLADE) with short handle for Vinyl application on window glass followed the recommendation of a sales rep from 44Tools. I do like. it is easy to hold and provide even pressure on the edge. Unlike felt squeegees, it didn't leave scratch marks on unmasked graphic.

Best Squeegee blade on the market for automobile films. Quick tip on sharping when the edge is dull or it gets a rut in it. Get a Stanley Block Plane and adjust the depth so you only have to take off a little bit of the edge every time you sharpen it. You will save on replacements until you deem it not worth sharpening it any longer. Much better than the window tint hard card sharpening tool by far! Hope this helps.
